Refund and Return Policy

At ShopoMind, we want every purchase to be one you're happy with. Here's how we handle refunds, replacements, and exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right at no extra cost to you, either with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever works better for you.

To report an issue:

  1. Email us at shopomind@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery (electronics have a 7 day window)
  2. Include a clear photo or short video showing the problem, along with your order number
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours with a resolution

In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back to us. Once your claim is approved, we'll process your replacement or refund directly.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Any shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where the order itself is being refunded due to our error.

What Isn't Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase. Please review size, color, and style carefully before checkout, as these are locked in once your order is placed
  • Orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear, or damage caused after the item has been delivered to you
  • Claims submitted after the reporting window above has passed

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified only before they enter processing. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, though we're happy to help if an issue comes up after delivery.

A Note on Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered as part of the order price and has no separate value if an order is later canceled, refunded, or returned in part.
