Reach out within 3 days of delivery and include a photo or short video of the issue along with your order number. Most of the time you won't need to send anything back to us. Once approved, refunds land back on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
A couple of things we can't cover: change of mind after checkout, since size, color, and style are locked in once you place the order, and issues caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
